Ruby Lu accepts the return of new unused/unwashed products within 30 days of purchase for a refund, minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
You must receive authorization prior to return. Please contact us to receive a return authorization number. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt, original packaging (if applicable), and the return authorization number that will be issued to you. You MUST clearly write the return authorization number on the front of your package. For security reasons, packages that do not include this number on the front of the package will be refused and returned to you. Please allow up to 10 days for processing.
Refund process
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit and mailed to your billing address. A credit will post to your account approximately 2-10 days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
